Senior Accounting Consultant

The role will feature two specific focuses.

Financial Ascent - taking fast-growing or newly acquired SME's and MNC's who may have become out of sync with their current accounting and reporting needs, who require restructuring or problem solving.

Monthly Accounting – Managing a team focused on delivering outsourced monthly accounting solutions and CFO value to clients including tax filings, compliance audits and profit repatriation.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following

·       A team leader capable of independently and professionally managing projects and client needs.

·       Commercially broad minded, self motivated, mature and well rounded individual

·       Able to work proactively, solve problems and make decisions unsupervised.

·       Resourceful with a “can-do” results orientated attitude to challenges and problem solving.

·       Native Chinese speaker with excellent spoken and report writing English. Able to confidently communicate with senior foreign and Chinese clients.

·       A Qualified Accountant is mandatory, CPA and or MBA preferred.

·       Accounting systems, ERP, CRM working knowledge and software implementation would be a distinct advantage.

·       5 to 10 years experience and demonstrated achievement as a company Financial Controller, CFO or Finance Consultant with finance and management accounting (costing) background.

·       Very flexible to a broad range of company work assignments and needs.
